NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given to all holders of ordinary shares in SBN Holdings Limited (the Company) that the Annual
General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of the Company will be held through electronic voting process at
the Standard Bank Campus, 1 Chasie Street on 29 April 2025 at 09h00 (CAT).

Kindly note that voting will be conducted by proxy only. The detailed procedure is outlined in full in the AGM
notice published on our website https://www.standardbank.com.na/namibia/personal/about-us/investor-
relations. Proxy forms are also available for download from the website.
