Listing of additional 1nvestPlatinum debentures – ETFPLT and ENXPLT(NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 15 January 2024, issued an additional 250,000
1nvestPlatinum debentures at an approximate issue price of R172.9937 per additional
1nvestPlatinum debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 2,417.174 fine troy
ounces of Platinum Bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 11,772,000 1nvestPlatinum debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 113,905.701 fine troy ounces of Platinum Bullion.
