CHANGES TO THE BOARD
The NBL Board announces that Mr. Kevin Santry has resigned as director of NBL
effective 16 September 2025. NBL would like to thank Mr Kevin Santry for his valued
contribution to NBL.
The NBL Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Guillaume Duverdier
as a director of NBL with effect from 16 September 2025. The NBL Board welcomes
