NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(e) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 (CTH)
This notice is given by Paladin Energy Ltd (ASX: PDN, TSX:PDN, OTCQX: PALAF) (Paladin)
under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), as modified by applicable legislative
instruments (Act).
Paladin confirms that it has issued:
• 31,915,288 fully paid ordinary Paladin shares (Shares) pursuant to an ASX
institutional placement; and
• 4,504,505 Shares pursuant to a Canadian “bought deal” private
placement, in connection with the equity raising announced on 16 September 2025.
Paladin confirms that:
(a) Paladin issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;
(b) this notice is being given under paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Act;
(c) as at the date of this notice, Paladin has complied with:
(i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to Paladin; and
(ii) sections 674 and 674A of the Act; and
(d) as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in
sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act that is required to be set out in this notice under
section 708A(6) of the Act.
