BOARD CHANGES
Andrada (AIM: ATM, OTCQB: ATMTF), a critical metals producer with a portfolio of mining and
exploration assets in Namibia, announces that Mr. Michael Rawlinson (“Mr. Rawlinson”) has
resigned as a Director of the Company to focus on other professional commitments.
Glen Parsons, Chairman, commented:
“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Michael for his commitment, valuable insights and
guidance during his tenure. It has been a pleasure working alongside him at Andrada. His
contribution, together with that from the wider Board, has been instrumental to strengthening our
corporate governance framework and in positioning Andrada to deliver on its stated objectives.
We wish Michael every success in his future endeavours.”
Mr. Rawlinson has resigned with effect from the date of the upcoming AGM of the Company, and
accordingly his resignation will be effective from 30 September 2025, although he will work with
the Company to facilitate a hand over of responsibilities after this date. Therefore, Resolution 2 to
re-elect Mr. Rawlinson as a Director of the Company at the upcoming AGM is now ineffective and
will not be put to a vote. The Notice remains valid, as do the proxy form and any proxy votes
already submitted on other proposed resolutions
