391 948) (Company) will be held at The Celtic Club, 48 Ord Street, West Perth,
Western Australia on Thursday, 20 November 2025 at 12.00pm (AWST).
In accordance with section 110D(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Company
will not be sending hard copies of the Notice of Meeting (Notice) to shareholders
unless a shareholder has made a valid election to receive such documents in hard
