ALLOWING FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LANGUAGE AND INTERPRETATION
OF THE ARTICLES.
Further to the 16 April 2025 Special General Meeting and the NENS announcement dated 30 April
2025 informing Shareholders that both Special Resolution 1 and Ordinary Resolution 1 were
approved by the requisite majority of votes, Shareholders are hereby informed of the registration of
the special resolution amending the Articles of Association to align to the Banking Institutions Act
13 of 2023, Determinations and Regulations.
The registration by the Registrar of Companies is dated 16 May 2025, being the date that the
amended articles took effect.
