In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listing Requirements
FirstRand Namibia Limited shareholders are advised that Mr. I-Ben
Nashandi, non-executive director of FirstRand Namibia Limited, has
retired from the Board and did not offer himself for re-election at the
Company’s 38th Annual General Meeting held on 17 October 2025.
Mr. I-Ben Nashandi has served as a director of the Company since
January 2019. The Board wishes to express its sincere appreciation to
Mr. Nashandi for his years of dedicated service as a Non-Executive
Director. His contributions to governance and strategic direction are
acknowledged with gratitude.
