NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF NSX LISTING REQUIREMENT 3.59 (A) – APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF
FINANCIAL OFFICER
The Company, in accordance with Rule 3.59 of the NSX Listing Requirements, is pleased to
announce that Mr Willem Pretorius has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of LHN,
effective 27 October 2025.
Mr Pretorius is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant (Namibia) with over 11 years of
experience in the banking and financial services industry. He holds a BCom CA degree from
Northwest University, a BCom (Hons) in Financial Accounting from Northwest University, and a
BCom (Hons) CTA from the University of South Africa, and he completed his articles with Ernst &
Young – Windhoek. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2014.
Mr Pretorius has served in various roles at Letshego Bank Namibia, including Acting Chief
Financial Officer and Head of Treasury and Finance Controller. His appointment brings continuity
and stability to the finance function, ensuring a seamless transition in leadership. With his deep
institutional knowledge and proven track record in strategic financial management, Mr Pretorius is
well-positioned to drive the Bank’s financial governance and regulatory compliance agenda
forward.
The LHN Board and Management extend their appreciation to Mr. Pretorius for his continued
dedication and leadership and look forward to his ongoing contributions in his new role.
