RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with section 3.59 of the Namibia Securities Exchange Listing Requirements,
shareholders are advised of the retirement of Mr Johan Swanepoel as independent non-
executive director of Capricorn Group effective 5 November 2025.
Mr Swanepoel has served the Capricorn Group with distinction for more than 26 years,
including a five-year tenure as Chairperson. The board extends its gratitude to Mr Swanepoel
for his invaluable contributions to both the board and various sub-committees. His exceptional
leadership and vision have been pivotal in shaping Capricorn Group into the successful
organisation it is today.
Mr Swanepoel will continue to serve as Chairperson of Bank Windhoek Limited.
