RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Capricorn hereby announces that all the ordinary resolutions and special resolution tabled at
the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on Wednesday, 5 November 2025, were
passed by the requisite majority.
As at Friday, 31 October 2025, being the Annual General Meeting record date (“Voting Record
Date”), the total number of Capricorn ordinary shares in issue was 518 385 351 (“Capricorn
Issued Ordinary Shares”).
The Capricorn ordinary shares eligible to vote by being present through electronic
communication, in person or by submitting proxies was 456 950 890 being 88.15% of
Capricorn Issued Ordinary Shares.
