TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the Listing Requirements of the Namibia Securities
Exchange, shareholders are advised that MTC expect its profit (after tax), basic earnings per
share and headline earnings per share for the period ending 30 September 2025 to be higher
by between 28% and 35% compared to the results reported for the prior financial year.
The main contributors to the increase relate to revenue growth and cost control measures.
This trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by MTC’s external auditors. The
audited financial results for the period ending 30 September 2025 are expected to be
published on or about 08 December 2025.
