NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF NSX LISTING REQUIREMENT 3.59 (A) – APPOINTMENT OF AN
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Company, in accordance with Rule 3.59 of the NSX Listing Requirements, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr Willem Pretorius as an Executive Director of LHN, effective 25
November 2025.
Mr Pretorius has recently assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer for LHN. He is a highly
accomplished Chartered Accountant (Namibia) with over 11 years of experience in the banking
and financial services industry. He holds a BCom CA degree and a BCom (Hons) in Financial
Accounting from Northwest University, as well as a BCom (Hons) CTA from the University of South
Africa. He completed his articles with Ernst & Young – Windhoek and obtained his Chartered
Accountant designation in 2014.
This appointment has been duly approved in accordance with the company’s governance
framework and regulatory requirements.
The Board of LHN welcomes Mr Willem Pretorius and looks forward to his valuable contribution
to the company.
