Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Paratus Namibia Holdings Limited
shareholders will be held at Paratus Namibia Headquarters, 106 Nickel Street, Prosperita, Windhoek, Namibia
at 10:00 on Tuesday, 27 January 2026.
Shareholders may join and participate in the meeting either in person, or by means of electronic communication
by completing the Electronic Participation Form.
