Listing of additional 1nvestPlatinum debentures – ETFPLT and ENXPLT(NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 04 February 2025, issued an additional 1,800,000
1nvestPlatinum debentures at an approximate issue price of R178.6376 per additional
1nvestPlatinum debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 17,340.163 fine troy
ounces of Platinum Bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 13,097,000 1nvestPlatinum debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 126,291.831 fine troy ounces of Platinum Bullion.
