Redemption of 1nvestGold debentures – ETFGLD and ENXGLD(NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 16 January 2025, redeemed 300,000 1nvestGold
debentures, following a redemption in respect of approximately 2,904.955 fine troy ounces of Gold
Bullion.

After the redemption, there will be 4,180,000 1nvestGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 40,484.996 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.
