TS Background
Transfer Secretaries (Pty) Ltd is the transfer secretaries to the majority of the Namibian companies listed on the NSX and other unlisted entities. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the NSX. In addition to providing transfer secretarial service to the local listed and unlisted companies, TS also provide services to the Dual listed companies registered on the NSX as a receiving office.
Operations
Operations of TS include the updating of the registers as in address changes, banking details, FIA requirements and corporate actions of the company (dividend payments, AGM, etc).
Shareholders in any of the listed companies on the Namibia Securities Exchange “NSX” may contact the client service desk for any enquiries to their share portfolios.
Transfer Secretary Service – Companies:
- Local listed companies on the NSX, including Agra Limited, Gondwana Holdings Ltd, Savanna Beef Processors Ltd and the majority of Debt Issuers.
Receiving Office Service – Companies:
- All Secondary listed companies on the NSX
